This project aimed to develop a task management application for a tech startup to streamline project collaboration and task tracking among team members. Built with Angular for the frontend and Node.js with MongoDB for the backend, the application featured user-friendly interfaces for creating, assigning, and prioritizing tasks, as well as real-time updates and notifications. Integrating with popular productivity tools like Slack and Google Calendar, the application allowed seamless workflow integration and enhanced productivity. The project delivered a flexible and scalable solution that met the specific needs of the client's agile development teams.
